Remodeling Contractors have key skills and characteristics that make them a natural fit for working with modular construction. Homes are made up of a several modules that are fitted together onsite to make up each custom home project. These modules are fitted within close tolerances. As with an addition to an existing home, remodelers have skills and knowledge to complete the mating walls where modules join together and expertly finish our homes to deliver an outstanding custom home.

Conventional homebuilders are used to managing multiple trades and subcontractors to deliver a finished custom home.
